At Flour Dust Lounge, every loaf is a labor of love. Our straight sourdough is slowly fermented for 24-36 hours, a traditional process that naturally lowers gluten and phytic acid, making it easier to digest while enhancing nutrient absorption. The long fermentation also develops that rich, tangy flavor only true sourdough can offer.

 

We use simple, high-quality ingredients—non-GMO, unbleached organic flours, pure water, sea salt, and our 100+ year old living starter . No additives, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Baking in small batches means every loaf is fresh, wholesome, and full of life.

 

Each boule is also a canvas. With creative scoring, every loaf features unique bread art—no two are ever the same. Every bite nourishes the body, delights the palate, and celebrates the timeless art of pure sourdough.
